  2. This is really sad to witness the amount of effort, materials, and skill to perfect a Chinese dish vs. making a basic steak or pasta dish. Yet, if prices for Chinese/Asian food get close to European restaurants then consumers are unwilling to pay.

    We need to change western mindset on Asian food value.
