  3. I made the last one ("11:34 Sichuan spicy shrimp stir-fry") this afternoon and HOLY JESUS … that was sooo delicious 🤯!! I reduced the Sichuan peppercorns quantity a little as I'm not a big fan of the mouth-numbing property, but the amount I added was just right for us. Thanks chef John, I always love watching and learning from your videos.
