I think it’s about time that I get a bit more serious on my dumpling making. After not thinking this over, I am embarking on a journey to experience the different types of dumplings throughout China.
To keep me sane, I am setting forth on an 8 part series to prove my thesis correct! My thesis is Dumplings are different depending on the region of China you visit.
Unfortunately, China is large and to split this series up, I am only doing the 8 major cuisines of China. Those cuisines are Sichuan, Hunan, Cantonese, Fujian, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangsu, Shandong Cuisine.
