Chinese food in Southern China and Hong Kong, Cantonese Cuisine, is world famous for it’s elegant flavours and variety. I came to Guangzhou to eat Chinese Food and Cantonese Food. You can find these Chinese Foods throughout Guangdong and Hong Kong.

Hong Kong food might be a little bit more expensive, but the flavour is the same. I also found Hong Kong Street Food different from Guangzhou street food.

In China, there are 8 main cuisines, but the one famous Chinese cuisine that is spread throughout the whole world, famous for it’s cooking style, complex recipes, busy seafood restaurants, and delicious street food, is Cantonese food.

I found the food to be delicious in both Hong Kong and Guangzhou. If you travel to eat like I do, either location will serve you well. You will have a massive selection of both street food and clean and fancy restaurants.

  32. I had the best wonton in the world in one of the many towns in Dongguan province outside Guangzhou. Now it's a dream for, then I had the best pastry for the charxiubao in Guangzhou and yes, some avant garden dim sum in GZ as well, and yes, there're also so many food stalls with amazing fish, prawns and loads of veg dishes in Gz that cost les than 10 RMB. a FOOD PARADISE! Yeah, harkau's also my fav and that Alaskan crab – yummy. HopeI can find one in my next visit to GZ.

  34. 108 RMB for a chicken dish from a streetside restaurant? I grew up in hongkong and the same type of chicken dish in an enclosed restaurant was 30 to 40 hk dollars.
