《中国之食文化》系列纪录片,于上世纪八十年代初由日本龟甲万株式会社策划,日本岩波映画制作所制作,于中国完成摄影取材。一共五集,分别介绍了北京,广州,江浙沪和四川这四地的饮食文化以及中式料理的烹饪技艺。这部纪录片中方由当时文化部牵头,各地饮食服务公司及相关店铺配合完成取材。由于此片制作时间距今三十余年,故片中内容、叙述与现今表述可能存在差异,但还是能感受得到这部纪录片的用心。
The “Food Culture of China” series of documentaries was planned by Japan Kikkoman Co., Ltd. in the early 1980s and produced by Iwanami Film Studio in Japan. The photography materials were completed in China. There are five episodes in total, introducing the food culture and culinary skills of Chinese cuisine in Beijing, Guangzhou, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and Sichuan. The Chinese side of this documentary was led by the Ministry of Culture at that time, and local food service companies and related shops cooperated to complete the collection. Since this film was produced more than 30 years ago, there may be differences between the content and narration in the film and the current expressions, but the intention of this documentary can still be felt.
