Sichuan cuisine, originating from the Sichuan province in China, is known for its bold flavors, particularly the pungency and spiciness from garlic and chili peppers, as well as the unique flavor of Sichuan pepper. Sichuan peppercorn has an intense fragrant, citrus-like flavor and produces a “tingly-numbing” sensation in the mouth.

This is by far our most favorite Chinese take out.

  7. A word of advise. Years ago in California I read about MSG the chemical inducer that makes you hungry. You never get full. And the article stated that Chinese restaurants cook with MSG! And the cooking is the cheapest of all oils, that plug your arteries. And send you straight to the hospital with a Stroke n or Heart Attack. I recommend you cook Chinese food at home. This way you know EXACTLY what your putting in your food.
