A quick rainy night drive through Dr. Jose Rizal Bridge and we are in Chinatown where I review A+ Hong Kong Restaurant. I’ve been wanting to check out this place and I finally got a chance to.

Why is it so hard for restaurants to make good fried rice? Din Tai Fung makes the best fried rice (imo). Simple yet still flavorful and delicious. This restaurant makes damn good fried rice. Anyway, the wife and I head a few doors down for some bobba afterwards.

Just a quick video giving you a vibe of what dining in Seattle Chinatown International District can be like.

  1. Thanks for the suggestion and location of the places to eat, I watched one of the clip was showing how to walk to pike place from Downtown, and I just happy to check your clips by chance. I will be visiting Seattle for the first time in August and hopefully it’s not too hot. Will it be 90 degree in August. I study your clips a lot because I will be walking 🚶‍♀️ your route . Thank you

  2. Check out Honey Court, Tai Tung for great fried rice or Asia Ginger in Pioneer Square for some real good Japanese fried rice which I think is my favorite!

  3. Great episode. You made that chicken look good. I’d love for you to do some videos of the more affordable cities in the region ie Tukwila, Burien, Renton etc. Can someone live there and still feel connected to what’s happening in Seattle?

  4. Another great short video which I appreciate 😉 Will have to try out that A+ HK Restaurant. You & Mrs.LaoOcean always eat good! And thank your for the TP bbt 😘

  5. I lived in U district for school. I moved back home but just got a job in Kirkland. I’m hoping to move to Lake City 😊 I miss living in Seattle
