Hey.. There is a Major difference between sweet&sour fish v.s. squirrel fish (they are not the same)!!
Sweet & sour fish is just a fish jumping through a pond's surface. While the squirrel fish is obviously a fish in Cos-Play as Pokémon. 😂😂😂
the best thing about ur videos if falling into pipeline of Chinese food videos and getting inspired to cook some for myself. tnx Blondie, my stomach and tongue r satisfied
Don't know how i stumbled into this video. My heritage is Chinese but immigrated from VN and now living in BNE. Love the challenge and the food makes me hungry. Great video haha
我也想喝酒,但我还是未成年人
That beer is only good in China. It tastes the same in the US but the novelty is gone and it’s a shit beer.

It was before the communism took over China the spelling was different. The spelling remains the same but not in China in Taiwan ROC. There was a Civil war in China between KMT party and Communism party. China used to be called republic of China and it was lead by KMT party which it was the only party in China and teal communism took over China on 1949. The country changed its name called People’s Republic of China . Eddie’s how they changed spelling and they changed the traditional Chinese writing to be .simplified Chinese. The spilling in many words have changed . Is why we can always tell by someone’s last name to know where they come from. If they’re from China or even there from Hong Kong or if they’re from Taiwan or if they’re from Singapore. Overall everything that was named before 1949, they used the traditional Chinese and different spelling . while it was lead by KMT party who was the first and only party dominated ROChina until Communism partyChina took over before 1949 . After 1949. China has made many changed many words have changed.
Don't quite agree the English name for the colon dish though.
Its called "braised colon with nine turns"
yo…..bbq colon is so good.
It's definitely an acquired taste. I love it but maybe it's because I'm Chinese. 😂
You're right, that looks like colon.
Surely intestines not colon?
Not that different from a goon bag to be honest
I love your family's attitude so much! Always stay neutral and objective! Yes, instead of being ethnocentric, step out of your comfort zone. Go experience different things. Embrace so many differences that exist in this world instead of judging them with your previous perceptions of things. That only shows how shallow and how narrow-minded you are. With that optimistic and open mindset, I'm sure that your life is so eventful, meaningful, and joyful. Although the Earth is nothing compared to the size of Mars or even the universe, you will still be amazed by how diverse and various it can be. You and your family are truly global citizens! Solute to you all!
As I always say, if you expect every culture to be the same as yours, why travel?
You are lucky really 🥰🥰🥰I wanna join your tour…..🥺🥰🥰🥰🥰
If i'm not wrong a long time ago, the official language was Cantonese and not Mandarin. Thus… Peking sounds cantonese enough for Beijing. You can try looking into it. Just happens to pop up in my head when you mentioned about the various spelling differences.
Such a charming friend and folks! I'm an ABC in California and loving seeing the similarities and differences in cuisine. You guys are way braver than I. 🙂
Your host was great and handsome!
Tsingtao beer was actually developed by the occupying Germans and is tasty because of the spring water used. The company has been sold to the Japanese,Kirin I believe.
Garen is so charismatic, I can imagine him in ktv and Thai disco
感谢你介绍我的家乡,欢迎来做客!
Was going to give this restaurant a try… then googled the place and saw the 1 star reviews………
don't insult Hong Kong roast pork LOL hahaha
thank you for the great video. even I am Chinese I don't have the gut to try that . 🙂
Hope we see Garen again. He's an absolute doll. And what a fun video this was. Your parents are the best.
All of that with Dad and the sea cucumber is hilarious🤣
That sea cucumber portion is funny. I only had it cantonese way, on top of greens with oyster sauce. Yum… it’s a new year dish.
