  4. 毕竟辣椒到中国来也就是几百年而已。但是长沙城可是有1800年以上的历史了，虽然几经战火，但是人一直都是很开放乐观的。

  5. 湖南菜是香辣的。做为一个海南人，我记得第一次吃辣椒是八九岁时，村里来了湖南的工程队，在我家厨房做饭，辣椒炒五花肉，香死了！炒完给我盛了一碗，人生第一次吃辣就爱上了一边眼泪鼻涕横流一边吹气吃了几碗饭。哈哈哈

  13. 想被辣死，可以试试江西和贵州……湖南湖北重庆的菜放辣椒感觉更多的是为了用辣椒的香味，辣到什么程度是次要的，放了足够辣的辣椒才会很辣。而江西和贵州的菜放辣椒，好像就纯粹为了辣……

  29. 现在的辣椒基本不怎么辣，小时候爷爷种的那种是真的辣。另外推荐一下“黯然销魂翅”，这个虽然味道不见得多好吃，但是吃了之后就会像杨过使用黯然销魂掌一般，不自觉的掉眼泪。
