Corentin Delcroix has been passionate about Chinese food for almost 15 years, and it was Chinese food that made him want to become a fusion chef, Corentin came to China knowing nothing about China and chose to study Business Administration and it was this journey that gave him a taste of Chinese food and changed his life plan. Now he is a chef and has opened a food company in Shanghai that specializes in developing fusion cuisine. He firmly believes that understanding a country’s cuisine is the first step to understanding the culture of that country. He would love for foreign people to truly understand Chinese food, and when they do, like he did, they will be blown away by the deliciousness and diversity of Chinese food.
