INGREDIENTS

4 pcs Pork Chops
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp bouillon powder
Dash of pepper
1 tsp shaoxing wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 egg ( 1 tsp for the marinade and the rest for the batter.)
4 tbsp cornstarch
Cooking oil
1 cup. Shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar will do)

FOR THE SAUCE

3 pcs tomatoes
1 med size onion quarterly cut
4 cloves of garlic minced
1 small can of pineapple slices
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp tomato paste
Sugar and salt to taste
Cornstarch slurry

FOR THE RICE

3 Cups cooked rice
2 eggs
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Half tsp of bouillon powder
