1 tbs garlic
1 tbs ginger
1/4 to 1/2 cup siracha
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
1/4 to 1/2 cup oyster sauce
1/4 to 1/2 cup ketchup
1/8 to1/4 cup fish sauce
salt pepper
