—— 排骨清洗干净后,用厨房纸吸干排骨多余的水分

糖:1茶匙
生粉:0.5茶匙
白酒:1汤匙
蚝油:1汤匙
酱油:1.5汤匙
老抽:0.5汤匙
喼汁:0.5汤匙
胡椒粉:适量

—— 食材炒出香味后,把腌制好的排骨放在食材上3-5分钟,然后再进行翻炒
—— 将排骨与食材翻炒均匀后,放入白酒,并盖上锅盖焖煮2-3分钟
—— 3分钟后,我们翻炒排骨与食材,然后再放入白酒并盖上锅盖焖煮3分钟
—— 3分钟后,放入准备好的辣椒、香菜和香葱
—— 盖上锅盖,并沿着锅盖边浇上白酒,并焖煮7分钟
—— 7分钟后,搅拌食材与排骨,放入准备好的香葱和香菜,然后出锅
