Subjective Rating 5-10. This is how I personally like my food, which, of course, may be different from what other people have in mind when it comes to good food. It is OK to agree or disagree.
Objective Rating: 1-5. This is the assessment to the best of my ability if there is something objectively wrong with the food, I believe that anybody from any culture would agree with these ratings, but I am only human and I may be wrong. It is OK to agree or disagree.

10 – The best I had in quite a while.
9 – Excellent.
8 – Good.
7 – Satisfactory.
6 – Mediocre.
5 – Nothing technically wrong, but not for me.
4 – Something is slightly wrong.
3 – Something is moderately wrong.
2 – Something is very very wrong.
1 – Someone should call the health department.
