  2. The Cantonese delight stall you bump into is the best stall in that food centre! the fried chicken cutlet in curry noodles is simply amazing!

  3. something is kinda wrong here, bak kut teh in singapore has a few different version mainly belonging to the dialect group which made it. 2 main type is the teochew style and hokkien style. teochew style is the herbal style with a slightly darker soup base due to the soy sauce added in it. Hokkien style is mainly the slightly clear soup base which is quite pepperish style. There is another type which is from malaysia Klang style which is somewhere near the teochew style but is much more heavy on herb in it, but the taste is really quite heavenly.
