Recreating the Hakka Abacus Seed into our childhood favourite – Muah Chee.

The traditional Muah Chee only has one taste but this dish has 3 different flavours, Purple Sweet Potato, Yellow Sweet Potato & Taro!

I highly recommend everyone to try this recipe! You need not travel around hunting for Muah Chee anymore 😉

RECIPE
Ingredients:
• 3 packets Hakka Abacus Seed (3 flavours)
• 150g Ground Peanut Powder

Cooking Method:
1. Boil Hakka Abacus Seed until cooked
2. Remove & drain Hakka Abacus Seed from pot
3. Pour Hakka Abacus Seed into ground peanut powder
4. Stir till well combined
5. Serve hot
