THE THING WITH BINONDO IS – it’s hidden in plain sight!

Back streets, alleys, main streets, everywhere has great food in the world’s oldest Chinatown in Manila. Founded in 1594, Binondo is still a working district of the city – and a fantastic food trip destination.

I went with my friend Joey whose Filipino-Chinese relatives had recommended a few not-so-well-known spots – and the result was that I was very very full, and drank a lot of tea. So no change there!
