I joined a food and historical tour through Bckets which was organized by “When In Manila” Tours, and even though I’ve been to Binondo before, it was another eye-opening adventure checking out new eating spots and learning about the history of China Town.

Chinatown or Binondo is known to be one of the oldest and best china towns in the world. I got a taste of some Chinese Filipino food in the area, and I was fairly impressed with it! We visited a wide array of restaurants, from dumplings for breakfast, followed by lumpia, dimsum and hopia.

Have you been to Binondo? Which was your favorite Chinese restaurant?
