    शानदोंग region,
    कैंटनेसे region,
    जिंग्सौ region,
    सिचुआन region,
    अनुही region,
    फुजीअं region,

    जियांगसू region. This actually how it has to be pronounced. I learned all this from a authentic real Chinese person who was chef the cuisine in Taj lands end Mumbai.
