Carrot (85g)
Sugar Snap Peas (100g)
Water Chestnut (75g)
Baby Corn (80g)
Garlic (3 Cloves)

Sauce Ingredients
Light Soy Sauce (1Tbsp)
Oyster Sauce (1 Tbsp)
Hoisin Sauce (1 tbsp)
Shaoxing Cooking Wine (1 Tbsp)
Hot Oil (1 tsp) – optional

Chicken Seasoning
Cornstarch (½ tsp)
Salt (¼ tsp)
Vegetable Oil (½ tsp)
Garlic Powder (½ tsp)
Water (1 Tbsp)

Cornstarch Slurry
Water (1 Tbsp)
Cornstarch (1 tsp)
