On today’s Los Angeles day trip, we went to Chinatown in Los Angeles. Chinatown is a neighborhood in Downtown LA that has many Asian (particularly Chinese) shops, restaurants, and residentials. Chinatown is known for having affordable food and goods. In this video, we walk around Chinatown in LA and do a virtual tour for all of you of what it the street and shops are like and what kind of food you can find here. There are tons of cheap things you can buy in Chinatown! We also went to Philippe the Original, which is a very iconic spot in LA and one of the oldest restaurants in SoCal.

A little info: Chinatown in Los Angeles has plenty of public parking. You can choose to park on the street and pay by the meter or park in the lots and pay flat rate, mostly it is $5 per day, which is considerably cheap in LA. Restroom may be available in the shopping buildings for a fee.
