Great Receipe… just wish I didn't have to watch a 24min video.
I like Daddy Lau. He reminds me of my grandpa.
that's the most classic Canto breakfast ever
Can i use yakisoba sauce???
I have a practical advise to all of you, just buy a few packets of Indo Mee and add any extra ingredients you like, it is the same yummy dry soy sauce noodles.
Hungry now!
That didn't look like a teaspoon of sesame oil… more like 3 tablespoons at least. But since it's a seasoning I guess it's all about personal taste.
Just additional note regarding soy sauce name in Indonesia = kecap.
In Indonesia, the most common soy sauce is sweet soy sauce. Kecap is commonly associated with sweet soy sauce, not the salty one. The salty soy sauce is called kecap asin.
Their consistency are also different. Kecap is darker and thicker, while kecap asin is lighter both in color and consistency.
By the way, you have to say kecap ASIN if you mean the salty soy sauce, otherwise you will get the sweet one. Asin = salty.
😋
