A traditional Chinese breakfast street food. This Tianjin Crepe stand is located inside the mall and just outside of the Sunny Supermarket at Leslie and Finch (Toronto). It’s been here for years and it’s a tasty treat for morning shoppers.

A little sweet from the hoisin, a little spicy from the hot sauces, a fresh zing from scallions and the distinctive flavour of cilantro. A crunchy fried cracker (Shandong style) is wrapped by the chewy-crisp mung bean flour crepe coated by a layer of egg. Tianjin style uses the yiao tiu (you can see one near the veeerrry end of the video) instead.
